Remarkable venue with unlimited possibilities for organizers – MT Polska Convention Center joined recently meeting.pl platform. The venue was discovered in 2008 and since this time the conference market is not the same anymore, not only in Warsaw, but also in Poland.
The MT Polska is the perfect venue for organizing: trade shows, events, fashion shows, banquets, congresses, conferences, concerts or sports competitions. Every year almost 200 different events, taking place in the venue visit more than 200 000 people.
The MT Polska Convention Center complex has 15,200 sq. m. of useable space: 10,000 sq. m. of floor space in the exhibition hall – the only exhibition area of this size in Warsaw, 4,000 sq. m. of outdoor exhibition space, and 1,200 sq. m. of dedicated business/conference room space.
The centre owns modern audio system together with control room, conference equipment and professional technical service.
The MT Polska offers different services, essential for every event such as: preparation and and montage of outdoor advertising, a multimedia LCD display system in the foyer, visitor registration and ticket sales services, access control system, issuing of passes/identification badges to visitors and exhibitors, and parking lots and security.
The venue offers also creation and managing of databases using information gathered from event participants.
